“Highware Smooth” is the name of a computer lamp designed by BALMUDA design, a company from Tokyo, Japan.

Here is some information from the designer’s site: “With its compact design and placement of the light, Highwire Smooth was made for viewing computer displays. Utilizing 2 LED lights, it emits over 950 lux yet uses only 4.5 watts. With more than enough brightness and a simple design, its features definitely can’t be beat.”

We found some original lighting designs here, some of which could be a nice addition to any interior. The motives are mostly nature-inspired, but you can find a lot of similar lamps/chandeliers on the designer’s site. The prices vary from GBP190 to GBP250.

Although slim, Slim Jim can carry a huge colorful lamp on his shoulders, continuously trying to cheer up your room. The colors however help him in the process, as they are vivid and quite cheerful as well.

The original lamp design belongs to John Caswell and is goes great with modern interior designs.
