Bed With Hidden Storage Place

The Chaise-Longue CL2 is a part of the Future Furniture Series, an office of industrial design in Munich.

This is not your usual hide-all-the-stuff-you-don’t-need-under-it-bed, but a modern, classy place to rest with plenty of storage space at your reach.

Unfortunately we do not know the specifications, but assuming the magins won’t be a problem in your sleep, this may just be a great bed. The combination of colors is also well picked.

Bedroom Lighting Effects

From the wide range or contemporary beds we chose this one due to its lovely mood-generating surrounding lights.

Using a remote, you can control the color kits, deciding what ambient you would like at a given time. You also have various light patterns to chose from, so that your room could look different every time.

The bed retails for £199.00, a fair price I would say. The package also contains the 7 Colour Kit: Displays red, green, yellow, white, blue, purple, turquoise and pink. Have fun!

Sleeping Capsule

This is from Ushida Findlay Architects, UK.

The crazy looking sleeping capsule is made out of PVC and it’s supposed to show -ok, it really does- the potential that PVC has as a design material.

This is inflatable so when you aren’t sleeping, it is very easy for it to be packed and stored in a small place somewhere.

No wonder they say creativity is everywhere.

The Bed Shaped like a Shell

Oh, the sea… Fine, this has nothing to do with it. Well almost nothing.

Developed by: Markus Abele, Christine Bachl, Paul Cristian, Fritz Mielert, Martin Nerurkar, Nicolas Reber and Britta Szorg, “Napshell” is the sophisticated out-of-the-ordinary bed you’ve always craved for.

Its shape is unique and easily noticeable, its colors are pretty and mellow. A sleepy space capsule and a comfy bad all in one.

The extraordinary bed

For Paola Verzola, an Italian designer, the space represents an important issue. That is why she created a space-saving bed. If you have a limited space, you could buy such an interesting bed… or chair…

But what is the point of these pieces of furniture? Paola made a buckle down sleeper chair. You could use it as a bed or as a comfortable chair. During the day, you can relax reading a book, and by night, you can deeply sleep in that chair transformed in a big bed. Besides, it is very useful when you have some guests. Its futuristic shape can fit in your bedroom designed in a minimalist style.
