“Highware Smooth” is the name of a computer lamp designed by BALMUDA design, a company from Tokyo, Japan.

Here is some information from the designer’s site: “With its compact design and placement of the light, Highwire Smooth was made for viewing computer displays. Utilizing 2 LED lights, it emits over 950 lux yet uses only 4.5 watts. With more than enough brightness and a simple design, its features definitely can’t be beat.”

Here is an ingenious way through which you can crash things and still have use for them. Crack-me! light comes from Korean designer Ji Young Shon, currently living in London.
