If you live in an apartment it’s most probable that you have at least one stupid window that spoils the view. Mine is above my front door, a rectangular, clean, but unnecessary window. Many of my neighbors took the easy, uninspired way of taking out the window frame and cementing the gap. I, for one, did a little research. The idea came from all that talk about wallpapers and wallies, I couldn’t imagine they don’t make something I could use here. So, a few hours of browsing the internet ended up with finding the perfect solution, for me, at least: decorative window panels. Just like wallpapers, they are “stickers” that you put on your windows to give them the look you want. In this example it is stained glass, but there are many more themes. Find the one that fits your style and leave your boring windows standing. Instead of ridding yourself from light, gain some colored, varied light to enhance the feeling in your rooms.
