Bathroom themes
An interesting idea in decorating a bathroom, or as a matter of fact any room, is to give it a theme. For example, let’s take an upstairs bathroom, in an all-boys family. What is the favorite time-spend of little boys? Sports, of course. So, you have the theme, get equipped and right to work. Be sure to buy anything that goes in a bathroom in a sports theme: towels, soap holders, shampoo bottles, faucets, stickers for the tiles or walls, rubber toys and so on. When working with a specific theme, avoid mixing in another one. You wouldn’t like a Barbie towel in an all-boys bathroom. When choosing the color, go for bright. Bright is the symbol of life, and that’s what sport is all about. Go for a white, or bright blue vanity, green floor tiles, anything you like. Let your children help in. Don’t try to think of style and fashion. Children have no sense of that. The bright colors will also give you and your children the illusion of space in your bathroom, which is usually a small place. Be sure to put shelves at both child and adult level, but the second one is optional. If it’s your son’s bathroom, you shouldn’t keep things that he doesn’t need in there.
I found this little shelf and hanger, perfect for your purpose. You can use it to store his shampoos, conditioners, lotions, toothpaste etc. and his clothes and towels on the hangers. This can save you the picking up up of wet towels from the floor. A second option would be this great basketball themed laundry sack. It saves up space and your child can have fun doing “sock-dunks” in it. For rugs, I suggest rubber back rugs to save up some serious slipping on the wet floor. Not so hard to find, these rugs come in different shapes and sizes, illustrating different sports.
Remember to let the kid(s) help you and have fun decorating together. Just don’t get mad if your husband uses their bathroom, too.

A wonderful idea!!! My son would love to have one!!!! Can I buy this ?
