Safretti’s Gaya Fireplace has an ingenious design and occupies very little space. It is also very simple and elegant, the black colored wall making it possible to fit in any decor.

So what is it exactly? Well, basically just a clever wall that looks as if spiting fire. In a a gentile, fashionable way, of course.

The Ammonite Washbasin is made from patented concrete and yes, it is a fossil-shaped basin.

Ammonites are an extinct group of marine animals whose shell-form was the basis for creating this daring design.

Designed by Enrico Buscemi and Piergiorgio Leone from Italy for Giovannetti collezioni, this sofa collection gets its name from the buttons that look like “stars in the night”.

The collection includes purple, blue, red, fuschia and basic white couches.
The steel buttons are removable, so don’t worry about having trouble washing the cover.

Inconversation - A Series, from Singaporeans designers Brian Law and Tan Sixiu include a modern floor lounger and an elegant low table.

The design is intriguing and I truly wonder who would not like this kind of furniture set in their own living room.

Designed by Sieger Design, these shower heads seem to appear out of nowhere. This is because no pipes or faucets are visible, they just look like a simple white box giving away water for whoever wants to enjoy it.

It’s a great design idea for those who want a simple, modern bathroom.

This tableware is made out of the remains of fallen trees found throughout Brazil.
They are “improved” with hand-painted graphics that transform these plates into miniature works of art.
Price: $125.00 (we are not yet aware if this price covers a whole set or just a single plate).

It’s called Tre Table (probably deriving from “three”), but the possibilities of using this ingenious furniture item are all up to you.
On the official site it is mentioned that the table can be used as a coffee table, end table, computer desk, or a dinner tray / laptop stand and that it is available in natural walnut veneer, black or white.

This is from Czech designer Jaroslav Jurica.
Although this is meant to be a storage design that combines the new and the old, the modern with the antique, i feel it’s too much of a reminder of high school libraries to be embraced unconditionally by everybody.
However, it is very practical.

Oyule is a lamp set made by industrial designer Sergio Silva.
The idea behind it was “to take a light bulb back in time”- as in when it was well appreciated and stuff, and make it a modern lighting device.

The position of the lamp is ensured by a magnet inside the “bulb” that “glues” to the acrylic surface beneath.

This product is not yet on the market, but you have to admit it’s a pretty neat design idea.
A problem however may appear to be the fact that it’s made of two parts, which makes it a bit harder to move around, dust and whatnot.
